Pronto Finance recognizes that your privacy is important and we understand that you care about how your information is used. Pronto is committed to providing our customers with the finest quality and service. This commitment includes protecting the privacy of the personal information that you share with us. You can be confident that we have safeguards in place to protect your information.


COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Much of the customer information that we have about you comes directly from you when you apply for a loan. We collect personal information (such as your name, address, telephone number, bank and credit card account numbers and other information you provide on your credit application) and verification of such information. We use your customer information in order to fulfill your need for financial services and related products. We also use your customer information to update your account and insure proper billing.


DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION

Pronto does not sell or lease personally identifying information to nonaffiliated companies or entities. Certain information may be disclosed to reputable third parties assisting us in the processing of your loan application (e.g., credit reporting agencies), but only as lawfully permitted or required in response to legitimate governmental requests, subpoenas or court orders. While we have not done so at this time, in the future we may contract with reputable companies in our efforts to offer you additional financial services or products. PROTECTING CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with the law to protect your information. Our website does not track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. We record the date and time of visits to our website and pages visited to determine which pages are visited the most and provide a better experience for our customers and dealers. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to perform their job related to your loan application. All employees with access to your personal information are required to maintain the confidentiality of that information while employed with Pronto and upon their separation therefrom. Employees who fail to maintain this confidentiality are subject to corrective action, including termination of employment.

You may request to review the customer information we have about you in our records. If you believe that the information is incomplete or inaccurate, you may request that we make any necessary corrections, additions or deletions to the information.
